Technology of Large Size and High Precision Right Angle Prism

    With the continuous improvement of optical prism manufacturing level, more and more cube and right angle prisms with second order accuracy are used in optical systems. The introduced cube glued prism is an optical part of our company, see Fig.1, the overall dimension of the glued prism is 54×54×54 mm, and the bonding drawing requires double aberration S≤10″,in order to meet the technical requirements of double aberration of the glued prism, the first and second parallel aberration of a single right angle prism should be controlled within 5″. Through the application of relevant process control methods and separator polishing precision machining technology, the machining accuracy and production efficiency of parts are effectively guaranteed.
