An imaging system based on 940 nm active infrared illumination is designed to eliminate the influences of the changing of environmental brightness on the conformity of image data collected by biological characteristic identification system, and the configuration and working principle of the system are described. The analysis and experiments show that the system has characteristics of high signal-to-noise ratio and extraordinary conformity, and also can improve the image recognition accuracy and the probability effectively.
