By calculation and experimentation,on-board calibration of SMIFTS is analyzed,and spaceflight environment characteristic of on-board calibration is tested.The key parts difficulty of on-board calibration of SMIFTS：lamp-house,spectrum filter,integrating sphere are solved.The whole-aperture,part-field comparatively wavelength calibration are achieved,and spectrum curve and Before-launch Interferogram is obtained.
