Photoluminescence and Infrared Spectra Study of An-Porous Silicon
The steady-saute photoluminescence, transient photoluminescence and Fouriertransform infrared spectra on An-porous silicon are reported. The effect of An induced surface electronic states on photoluminescence of porous silicon is discussed.
