The proposed segmented planar imaging detector for electro-optical reconnaissance (SPIDER), which is based on interference imaging theory, provides a new solution for improving the resolution and reducing the size, weight and power (SWaP)of the optical system. In order to improve the quality of reconstructed images, the interference baseline of the system should be designed to improve the uniformity of spatial frequency coverage, which can avoid the frequency shortage of spatial sampling. In order to solve the problem of aperture matching, a design method of baseline array with high uniformity UV coverage is proposed. Based on the radial arrangement, the low and high frequency baselines are optimized respectively by calculating the cutoff frequency of low frequency. This design method can achieve the UV coverage result with high uniformity and low redundancy, and improve the reconstructed image quality effectively.
