Preparation of SnO2Nanometer Crystallites and Study of the Optical Propertier of Their Exciton States
The preparation of SnO2 nanometer crystullites .and their spectroscopic properties of exciton saltes were presented. By using the mode of weak quantum-sized confinement, we analyzed and explained the variations of ark positions of photoluminescence bands with different excitation wavelength, and the discrete Structures in excitation spectra of SnO2 nanometer crystullitds.
