High Voltage Switching Power Supply for Flashlamp pumped Ti:sapphire Laser
This paper introduces a switching power supply for a repetition rate flashlamp pumped Ti:sapphire laser. It includes a switching circuit at PWM mode and a double prefiring circuit. This power supply is capable of giving an output power of 2 kilowatts at a repetition rate of 5 Hz.
