Analysis is made to topological structure of command and control network and its characteristics based on the theory of complex network and the organization characteristic of the command and control network.The main factors that have influence on information flow efficiency of the command and control network are presented,based on which the concept of network attack dominance is proposed,and an evaluation index system is established for it accordingly.Analytic hierarchy process is used for evaluation of the network attack dominance,which provides a reference for evaluating the effect of network attack.
