A Three-Dimensional Guidance Law Based on Dynamic Surface Control
A new three-dimensional (3D) guidance law is designed by using the dynamic surface control method based on the vehicle-target dynamics in 3D coordinates, and the stability of the guidance law is proved. Some first-order,low-pass filters are introduced into the designing process to avoid the occurrence of high-order derivatives of intermediate variables in the expression of the guidance law, which makes it easy to implement in practical applications.Simulation results show that:1) The vehicle using this guidance law can obtain smaller miss distance in both the cases that the target is non-maneuvering and is making complicated sinusoidal maneuvering; and 2) When attacking maneuvering target, this guidance law can achieve higher guidance accuracy.
