Single-frequency Continuous-wave 1 064 nm Ring Laser Based on PDH Injection Locking (Invited)
Single-frequency continuous-wave lasers are widely used in the fields of optical fiber communication, laser radar and spectral analysis. In order to achieve ideal single-frequency continuous-wave output, a single-frequency continuous-wave 1 064 nm Nd:YVO4 ring laser based on PDH (Pound-Drever-Hall) injection frequency locking technology is studied. In the experiment, a single-frequency fiber laser with a linewidth of 10 kHz is used as the seed source, and an ′8′ ring cavity is used from the power cavity to realize the injection locking of the seed light through the PDH technology. Experimental results show that under the condition of 1.04 W seed light injection, when the pump power is 38.12 W, a stable output of 13.46 W can be achieved, the corresponding linewidth is 37.26 kHz, and the power stability is ± 0.55%.
