Structure and Optimum Design of Vehicular Optical Platform
According to working conditions and the requirements of better mechanical and vibration isolation properties, the structure design scheme of a vehicular optical platform is established. Static and modal analysis of the platform is performed by ANSYS to obtain static strain and vibration mode, and the optimum design is performed. The vehicular optical platform is tested on the vehicles, and the results show that the simulation results of ANSYS are close to the testing results. It is shown that the vehicular platform has better stability to ensure stable working state of the high precise optical system.
