A Scene-based Nonuniformity Correction Algorithm of IRFPA

    Aiming at the fixed-pattern noise drift and the nonlinearity photoresponse characteristic of every detector in IRFPA in engineering using,a quadratic response characteristic mathematics model and a Kalman filtering algorithm using sense data are proposed. Double correction is performed to it. The algorithm proposed is more perfect than the algorithm for nonuniformity correction using linear model. The simulation result shows the superiority of the algorithm.
