Design and Simulation of Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting Circuit Based on Coupled Inductance
The environmental vibration energy collection technology of piezoelectric materials has the characteristics of large energy density, no electromagnetic interference, and easy collection. In this paper, a self-powered piezoelectric vibration energy acquisition circuit is proposed, that is, a synchronous charge extraction and voltage reversal circuit based on coupled inductance (SCET&VII), standard energy harvesting (SEH) circuit based on electronic simulation software LTspice, and synchronous charge extraction (SECE) circuit were analyzed and compared by using LTspice. The results show that under the same vibration excitation condition, the output power of SCET&VII interface circuit under load is 2.65 times that of SEH and 1.76 times that of SECE, and the power output is not affected by the load. At the same time, the energy self-sufficiency of switching action in energy collection is realized.
