Synchronized Pushing Device Based on Perforated Steel Belt

    One pushing device requires high load and space ratio. Steel belt transmission technology is researched deeply, and a scheme to solve perforated steel belts is proposed. Based on the principle of perforated steel belt, the realization of the transmission system, the strength and life of the steel belt and the tensing of the steel belt, work has been carried out to complete the assembly and debugging of the device. Results show that the synchronized pushing device based on perforated steel belt works stably and has reliable performance, which have a broad application prospects.
