Vibration Constants Measurement of Molecular Potassium Excited State by Ionization Spectrum Technique
The ionization spectra associated with the vibration energy level of 5 3Π u state of molecular potassium were observed when the potassium vapor was excited by a dye laser. The vibration constants were calculated according to the laser wavelengths. It is consistent with the theoretic result calculated by Magnier and Millié within the experimental error.
