By combining the X-ray imaging technology and the low light level imaging technology,the research group designed the novel combined X-ray image intensifier. Before the design,the spectrum compatibility between Gd₂O₂ S : Tb,CaWO₄ intensifying screens and Super S₂₅₂ Super S₂₅₁ photo cathode was analyzed,and the calculated values were 0.644,0.761,0.369,0.571 respectively. Basing on the spectral matching curves and the spectral matching factor values,the combination of Gd₂O₂S : Tb screen and Super S₂₅₂ photo cathode was chosen for the X-ray intensifying system of the novel X-ray machine,which was of high imaging performance.
