The defect corresponding to convex line on (100) face of KTiOPO4and its effect on SHG effect
A kind of defect exsisbing in KTiOPO4 crystal, which corresponds to the convex line on (100) faces is reported for the first time, as well as its effect on SHG effect. The possible causes, which induce the defect, are discussed.
