3-D Profilometry Based on Linear Coding Structure Light with Isosceles Triangle Teeth

    A method of 3-D object profilemotry, linearly coded profilometry with linear coding structure light (LCP) having isosceles triangle teeth, is proposed. On the basis of phase measuring profilmotry, it uses linear structure light to code the object to be measured and phase-shifting technique to decode the profile. The formula of phase decoded is given and the result from mesurement of a head model is shown.
