Electron microscopic transfer function with axial astigatism for partially coherent illumination
The analysis and calculation of electron microscopic transfer function with axial astigmatism partially coherent illumination are presented. The results are compared with the that of coherent transfer function with axial astigmatism and of partial coherent transfer function without astigmatism.
