Investigation of the Flowing Velocity Regulator in a 10 kW CO2Laser
In this paper the forming process and the influence factors of the gain profile in a 10 kW CO2 laser are discussed,and the discharging characteristics and the output beam quality of the 10 kW CO2 laser using the flowing velocity regulator with gauzes are studied.
