Reflective Kinoform Fabrication by Binary Optical TEchnique

    We adopt the Gerchberg Saxton iterative algorithm, while keeping the amplitude of frequency spectrum approximately constant, the phase of the spectrum is quantified into 2 nlevel. Then by using binary optical technique, 8 phase level Kinoform is fabricated. Clear construction images are obtained high reflection efficiency.
