The investigation of laser bubble erosion through laser cavitation and high speed photographic to analyze the integration characteristic of bubble collapse is presented. The apparatus of laser bubble erosion measurement in the vicinity of a solid boundary is designed based on the laser cavitation. The laser bubble characteristics, such as collapse shock wave, rack of bubble wall and cavitation jet are measured based on the high-speed photography tiny adjustable machine, and the non-dimensional parameter γ is analysed. The results show the rigid boundary can delay the bubble collapse, and the actions of bubble shock wave and cavitation jet are competitive. The destructive effect of the second bubble collapse is stronger when bubble impulsion is near a solid boundary. The accretion of liquid viscidity can delay the bubble collapse, and the movement velocity of bubble skin is slowed down.
