Research of single longitudinal mode CSP (AIGa) As laser diodes with narrow linewidth and the analysis of linewidth
In this paper we report on spectral linewidth of our CSP (AlGa)As single longitudinal mode LDs, Δv<5 MHz, (The narrow-west spectra linewidth single mode, now is about Δv-10MHz abroad) The mechanism of linowidth broadening is analysed and the methods of narrowing linewidth are suggested.
