There exist axis errors when using the digital zenith camera to orient in celestial positioning. In order to improve the precision of tilt compensation, the parameters of the tilt sensor were considered to get the exact data, and the influence of the parameters was analyzed. The result demonstrates that if the square of the two aixs scale is below 10-6,the influence can be ignored. The influence of tilt and the precision of station were also analyzed. The analysis of data got from experiments shows that when the tilt is above 100″,the precision of the parameter will be high, and if the error of the station is below 0.23″,the influence of tilt parameter can be ignored.
