Quantum Properties of the Field in the System of Atoms Interacting with Coupled Cavities Via a Twophoton Hopping Interaction
Two coupled cavities each containing one twolevel atom are considered, which interacts with cavity via a twophoton hopping. The evolution of the state vector of the system is given when the total excitation number equals two. The squeezing of field is investigated. By means of the numerical calculations, the influences of cavitycavity coupling constant and atomcavity coupling constant on the antibunching effect of field are discussed. The obtained results show that the field does not display squeezing, and the antibunching effect of field has a nonlinear relation with cavitycavity coupling constant or atomcavity coupling constant.
