Concentration calibration of multi-component analysis based three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy
Once the dissolved organic matter in water absorbs the UV light, the fluorescence emission occurs, and the fluorescence can be absorbed by other matter in water. This absorptions affect the accuracy of multi-component analysis. A method of nonlinear concentration calibration for multi-component analyzing based on the technique of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum and PARAFAC model was investigated. The absorption coefficient of each fluorescence component absorbed by other was especially estimated according to the standard sample data, and all the coefficients were used for each component concentration measurement. The obtained results show that the method improves the performance and accuracy of multi-component analysis.
