Experimental study of the ultrashort optical puke response and switch properties of semi-travelling-wave temicondt ctor laser amplifier
The experimental study of the ultrashort optical pulses response and switch properties of semi-travelling-wave semiconductor laser amplifier are given in this raper. There is no broadening of optical pulses with the width 27ps at the repetition rate ot 1GHz after they pass through the amplifier. The amplifier can be a high speed optical switch wheu the injection current of it is modulated.
