Algorithm for Image correction in High Precision Imaging Measurement System

    The digital image has distortion because the inherent characteristic of imaging optical system in measuring body's scale through high precision measurement system based on the CCD camera was used as a core component. The distortion model of 3th polynomial was found based on primary aberration theory. The scale rebuild was progressed after analyzing and validating the excellence and defect of different interpolation method. The image' s noise contrapose one of correction methods filter off. The correction image is approve of fitting high precision imaging measurement through experimentation.
