Real-time Monitoring Method of Laser Output Power

    Real-time monitoring of laser output power is a very important problem in laser application. The relationship between stray light and laser output power in semiconductor laser is researched. Based on this, a real-time monitoring system of laser output power is designed. The stray light signal and the laser stack are monitored. Through the various and comparison of the signals, the semiconductor laser stack and some optical elements in the laser are monitored.
