Effects of weak optical feedback on the performances of coherent optical DPSK systems
The effects of weak optical feedback (WOF) on the bit error rate (BER) of coherent optical differential phase shift key-controll (DPSK) systems are presented. The results indicate that the BER properties of the systems can be improved by WOF under suitable feedback conditions.
