Abstract Get PDF(in Chinese)

A group of six-temperature model rate equations for describing the kinetic process of tunable TE(A) CO2 lasers are given in this paper, which can be applied for studying the laser output characteristics of various tunable TE(A)CO_2 lasers. Several calculating results are given as illustrations.
