Effect of Third-order Dispersion on Soliton with Twin-core Fiber
Properties of soliton propagation in twin-core fibers are studied numerically, including the effect of third-order dispersion. The results show that: time delay of soliton and separation of two same phase soliton versus propagation distance will linearly arise, and the two characteristics independently exist. The delay is linearly increased and separation is linearly decreased at the same time versus propagation distance if the coupling coefficient is increased.
