In view of the multi-attribute and the dynamic characteristic change of the targets in real air combat,a new dynamic,multi-attribute threat assessment method was proposed.Based on the established threat assessment index system, and according to the attribute information of the target at a time series,a method for constructing a virtual optimal objective to determine the target attribute weights was presented with intuitionistic fuzzy sets.A method based on the cumulative distribution function with normal distribution was designed to determine time-series weights. Finally, the dynamic threat sequencing in air combat was realized with TOPSIS method based on multi-attribute of time-series. The simulation results show the reliability of the algorithm.
