The Roughness Wavefront "Strehl Intensity Ratio" Criterion
The formula and criterion of the Strehl intensity ratio consisting of the aberration and roughness are developed. According to the roughness wavegront Strehl intensity ratio criterion, the gradation of image quality is classified into three grades:"non-ideal", "good" and "very good". The roughness tolerance of λ/20 ～ λ/80 is estaflished.
