Temperature Dependence of Luminescent Intensity of PbWO4 Crystals
The temperature dependence of luminescent intensity (I-T) of PbWO4 crystals with X-ray excitation from 110 K to 300 K was studied. The structure of I-T curve is analysed by means of thermoluminescence and explained by the traps effect.
