Acousto-Optic Q-Switched Nd:YAG Slab Laser Side-Pumped by a Quasi-CW 60 W LDA
Output with peak power of 75 kW per pulse and fluctuation less than ±1%have been obtained from a Nd: YAG slab laser side-pumped by a quasi-CW 60 W laser diode array. The optical-optical efficiency of 15 % and slope efficiency of 29 % aremeasured.
