By using a special Ronchi phase grating and polarization phase shifting method, four phase shifted patterns can be captured simultaneously, and thus the dynamic phenomena can be measured. This technique is used in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer and a speckle interferometer, the refractive index changes and the off-plane displacements are measured respectively, the experimental results are given.
