The S-P Anisotropy Effects in Differential Laser Gyros

    A theoretical study of the mode difference between the left and right elliptically polarized light in the differential laser gyro is presented. This differences is critical for the differential laser gyro operation and it is caused by the S P phase and Q anisotropy of the ring cavity.
