Image Denoising in Near-field Optical Scanning Microscopy
In the system with a mode of scanning, such as the near-field optical scanning microscopy, there is big row-noise due to the scanning mode through row by row. According to this case and the noise model of the near-field optical scanning image, and combining to analyze the characteristic of the near-field optical scanning image and its row-noise,a new algorithm removing the row-noise is proposed based on the correlation among the rows to count the compensation factor of row-noise and the change of background signal to choose this factor. Moreover, wavelet transform is used to get rid of the random noise. Experiment results show that the developed method can remove the row-noise of scanning images efficiently and quickly, and can apply to process various scanning images.
