With a turntable line wiring as a research object, a three-dimensional wiring process design technology based on the routing electrical module of UG NX11 is proposed. Through analyzing the characteristics of the turntable wiring, the three-dimensional wiring process is designed, and the design input data is decomposed. The design principle of three-dimensional wiring is planned, the wiring route is planned and connection and equipment relationship tables are invoked. So the three-dimensional wiring of the turntable is realized. Some problems such as lagging design and low wiring accuracy are resolved to improve the efficiency and quality of wiring.
