C2 Continuous Artificial Potential Field Based Steering Algorithm for UCAVs in Air Combat
To solve the problems of discontinuous superiority function C1 and steering command jitter triggered lateral divergence in current Artificial Potential Field (APF) based air combat steering algorithm, a new cubic B-spline fitted APF steering algorithm is proposed.The fitted comprehensive dominant function reaches the continuity of C2.Simulation result shows the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.The achievements could be applied in practical UCAV steering scheme in future.
