Abstract Get PDF(in Chinese)

The probabilities of the cross-relaxation between Yb³⁺ and Er³⁺ ions in Yb,Er:YAG crystal are calculated.The energy up-conversion processes in this crystal are analyzed.By solving transfer rate-equations,the optimums doped concentration of Yb³⁺ and Er³⁺ ions are obtained.
