Conference Attendance Notice

1. 境内报告人与参会代表

本次会议采用“境内线下”的形式举办，报告人与参会代表需来到会议现场作报告及参会，请报告人和参会代表提前进行在线注册交费，酒店预定。

2. Speakers residing ouside of mainland China

Notes:

Speakers residing ouside of mainland China prerecorded presentations in Zoom. There is no online conference format for overseas speakers, and the recording of the whole conference will be provided after the conference.

1)Prerecording presentations in Zoom

√ Duration of the talk: 40 min for plenary talk/25 min for invited talk/15 min for oral talk.

√ Deadline to submit the recording: April 5 (The secretriat will send the email about the upload link in the mid-March. )

√ Please register on the website before April 9.
