Conditions of Acceptance:

1. An author or coauthor will:

• -Register at the author registration rate.
• -Attend the meeting.
• -Make the presentation as scheduled in the program.
• -The presentation and submission must be substantive reports of significant original research with clear English.
• -Abstract and manuscript submissions are both required.

2. Abstract Submissions (Required)

Abstract Submission Deadline: 20 May, 2018

Please register and log in HUITONG CIS to submit your abstracts.

• -Please submit a 35-word abstract suitable for early release. If accepted, the 35-word abstract will be published prior to the meeting in the online or printed programs promoting the conference.
• -Enter a 250-word abstract for technical review by the Chairs. Abstracts should contain enough detail to clearly convey the approach and the results of the research. These may be compiled and released prior to the meeting.
• -Please also submit a 2-4 page extended abstract, may be longer if desired, for technical review purposes that is also suitable for publication. Please upload the extended abstract in PDF format as the template required.
• -Only original material should be submitted.
• -An author or coauthor can only submit a manuscript published in the SPIE Digital Library after an abstract submission.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance

Abstract submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by e-mail by 10 June, 2018.

* Your paper will only be published and indexed if you submit the manuscript to SPIE Submission System. You can only submit an abstract to Huitong CIS for academic communication.
* 若文章不需要收录及检索，作者可以仅将摘要投至汇同会议系统作参会交流；若需要会议文集收录及检索，作者需将摘要投至汇同会议系统后，通过审稿再将全文投至SPIE的投稿系统。
 

3. Manuscript Submission (Published in Proceedings)

Manuscript Submission Deadline: 12 July, 2018

Please submit the manuscript to SPIE Submission and Review System after receiving the Notification of Abstract Acceptance.
     

Please be aware of the following before you begin to upload:

• -No less than 4-page.
• -Preferred file format is Microsoft Word or Postscript.
• -PDF format is also acceptable.
• -File types: .docx, .doc, .rtf, .ps, .prn, .pdf
• -See http://spie.org/x14101.xml for formatting information.

Notification of Manuscript Acceptance

Manuscript submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by e-mail by 31 August, 2018.

Review, Notification, and Program Placement Information

• -To ensure a high-quality conference, all submissions will be assessed by the Conference Chair/Editor for technical merit and suitability of content.
• -Conference Chair/Editors reserve the right to reject for presentation any paper that does not meet content or presentation expectations.
• -Final placement in an oral or poster session is subject to the Chairs' discretion.
