光电产业高峰论坛——光电“芯”未来将于2021年7月23日，在西安索菲特人民大厦与CIOP会议同期举办。本届论坛由清华大学电子工程系与中国激光杂志社共同主办，清华大学学术委员会副主任黄翊东教授担任论坛主席。在当前的国际形势下，发展拥有自主知识产权的新型光电芯片具有特别重要的意义。论坛拟围绕创新成果的产业化突破，邀请国内新型光电芯片企业负责人，同聚一堂、共话发展。

Photonics Research Workshop: Deep Learning in Photonics

The connection between Maxwell’s equations and neural network opens unprecedented opportunities at the interface between photonics and deep learning. This workshop highlights recent research progress at the interdisciplinary filed of photonics and deep learning and provides an opportunity for different communities to exchange their ideas from different perspectives. Invited speakers will share their insights on how to apply deep learnings tools to enable direct inverse design of photonic devices, explore the complex physical properties in photonics, realize advanced neuromorphic computing, imaging and sensing applications.
